1 package frozen tater tots, can also use the tater tots with onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Put the tater tots in a casserole dish you have
sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Mix the
chicken and celery soups with one can of water
and pour over the tater tots. Cover and bake
in 350 degree F oven for ½ hour. Remove the
cover and bake for another 15 minutes.
VARIATION- You can also add diced, cooked chicken
and /or shredded cheddar cheese. Chop up some
fresh tomatoes, and garnish on top of each
individual serving, if desired.
NOTES- This is my brothers favorite recipe.
So if Arthur Peterson is coming over to eat,
surprise him with a casserole dish of this.
Ask him for other variations, as he makes it
differently. Mom used to make this especially
for him, as it was his favorite forever!
