     Mom's Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix, with pudding in the mix
3-4 ripe bananas, mashed
1/8 tsp baking soda
1 cup ground nuts
 

Instructions
Prepare cake mix according to package directions, EXCEPT, decrease the water in the recipe to 1/3 cup. Add the bananas, baking soda, and nuts and mix together. Pour into two bread pans, which have been greased and floured. Bake 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutues. Serve with whipped butter.
You can easily make variations of this to your taste- Jody omits the nuts, due to Tiffany's allergy. She will use 2-3 bananas per batch, if she has any more than 3 bananas, she will make a second batch.
