Ingredients
2 packages fillo pastry cups, thawed
1 can rotel, drained (almost all the way)
1 bag Hormel bacon bits
1 cup Swiss, shredded
1 cup mayo
 

Instructions
Stir all ingredients and scoop evenly into cups. Cook at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Variations- replace mayo with cream cheese, add diced pimiento, replace bacon bits with finely cut cooked bacon, add a sliced pimiento stuffed olive to top after cooked, etc. Just look around the kitchen and make your own combinations.
