Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Trim ends of
bread loaf, then cut loaf into 1/4 inch thick
slices. Place the slices on a large baking
sheet - or two baking sheets if needed. Brush
olive oil on both sides of the bread slices.
Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Bake for
about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove baking sheet from
oven, turn slices over and bake for 3 to 4
minutes longer, or until golden and crusty. Set
aside to cool.

Meanwhile, mix crabmeat, shredded pepper-jack
cheese, jalapeno, mayonnaise, garlic, hot
pepper sauce, and salt in bowl until blended.
Spoon the mixture evenly into a 9 inch glass
pie plate. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes or until heated through,
browned and bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes, then
serve surrounded by the Crostini for dipping.
