Looking for a new recipe. I don't like the flavor of this cream sauce.
Place butter into a large saucepan over medium heat, stir to melt.
Slowly whisk in flour, salt and pepper until smooth and thick. Whisk in
chicken broth until smooth. Increase heat to high whisking until
thick. Add cream, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and cooked chicken
breast. Stir until thick. You may need to add more flour to get it to
thicken up. At this point it can be transferred to a crock pot and kept
at low all day until dinner or serve immediately.
