     Carmel Toffee Sauce

Ingredients
2 C Brown Sugar
1/2 lb. Butter
1/4 Litre Whipping Cream
 

Instructions
Combine cream, sugar and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then cook, boiling and stirring for about 3 minutes.
It can be frozen but not as good as if eaten fresh. It will last in the fridge for a long time.
Makes about 1/4 C of sauce per serving for about 12 people
