     German Pan Cakes

Ingredients
12 Eggs
2 C Flour
2 C Milk
1 C Butter melted
 

Instructions
Blend the eggs, flour and milk together.
Melt the butter and pour into a 9x 13 pan. Then pour the egg mixture into the melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Serve immediately as it looks so good straight from the oven. If left out it will fall fairly quickly. It is still just as good but doesn't look as spectacular.
Four times the recipe feeds 24 people. Use two pans when cooking this amount.
Orange Juice for 20 people equals 2 jugs 3.78 litres each.
Serving Suggestions
Serve fruit, whipping cream, icing sugar and or syrup on top.
