     Beef Mushroom Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 tsp. olive oil
1 1/2 lb. boneless beef sirloin
3 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 (14 oz.) can seasoned beef broth
1/2 cup dry red wine
1 cup sour cream
3 tsp. flour
hot cooked noodles
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Heat oil in frying pan. Cook beef until browned and juices have evaporated. Add mushrooms and cook until tender. Remove beef mixture. Add broth and wine to frying pan and heat to a boil. Mix sour cream and flour and stir into skillet until thickened. Add beef mixture and heat through. Serve over noodles and season with salt and pepper.
