Asparagus enough to lie side by side and fill a large cookie sheet
1 t. Salt
1 t. Pepper
1 t. Sugar
Olive Oil
Instructions
Lay the asparagus out side by side on a large cookie sheet. Baste
each asparagus on all sides with the olive oil. Combine the salt,
pepper and sugar together. Sprinkle the sugar mixture on all sides of
each asparagus.
Cook on broil on middle oven rack for about 3 minutes. Cook until just done, It stills needs to
be crispy. Serve immediately.
