Servings   8

Ingredients
Shrimp, Alaska Pollock and or Scallops
4 T Butter & Flour
2 Garlic Cloves crushed
3 T chopped Parsley fresh
2 Green Onions sliced thinly
1/2 t. Salt
1/4 t. Pepper
1 L Cream

Instructions
SHRIMP Boil water in pot. When boiling turn the stove off and put the shrimp in the pot. Let the shrimp sit for about 5 minutes. Peel and put in fridge till time to add to white sauce.
SCALLOPS and ALASKA POLLOCK Saute in frying pan with butter till done. It doesn't take long. Break the pollock into pieces before frying in the butter. Put in the fridge till needed in the white sauce.
Mix the 4 T butter and flour together and heat till butter is melted. Add the cream and bring to a boil to thicken. Add all the other ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Server immediately. This is enough for 8 people when served with the traditional Christmas Eve meal.
I usually just used the Alaska Pollock and the Shrimp. I don't like the Scallops as much.
