Rinse green beans and snap off ends.
Place in a large bowl.
Pour lemon juice, 1 Tbs. olive oil, and water
over the beans. Toss to coat.
Add parmesan, red pepper flakes, garlic powder
and pepper. Toss again.
Fold a piece of heavy foil to create an 18 inch
square.
Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour the beans into the middle.
Bring the corners together to create a tent -
leave a little space for steam to escape.
Place packet on a grill and roast for approx. 15
minutes, Carefully flipping halfway through
cooking time.
Remove from grill - let it rest approx. 5 minutes.
Serve in a casserole dish or bowl.
