     Japanese Chicken Wings

Ingredients
Large amount of Drumlets
Flour to dust
 
SAUCE
1/2 C Soy Sauce
1 C Water
1 C Vinegar white
1/2 C Sugar
1 t. Salt

Instructions
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. You might need to double the sauce depending on how many drumlets you have. You want the drumlets coated with the sauce.
Dust chicken with the flour and fry till chicken starts to brown but not done. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Pour the mixture over the chicken and toss till the chicken is covered. Cook in the oven for 2 hours flipping the chicken ever 1/2 hour until black in color.
