Spray 9x13 pan with non stick spray.
Place 2 layers of chicken in pan.
Cover with prosciutto.
Top with spinach, then mushrooms.
Whisk olive oil, wine and savory herb envelope;
pour over mixture in pan.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
Top with cheese and bake for an additional 5
minutes.
