     Sonoran Brown Rice Bowl

Ingredients
1 can 15oz. reduced sodium black beans
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 cups cooked brown rice
1 cup canned fire-roasted corn
1 diced avocado
16 pickled jalapeno slices
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup tortilla chips
Dressing-
 
1 roasted red pepper
1 Tbs. olive oil
2 tsp. lime juice
1 tsp. agave nectar
dash of hot sauce

Instructions
In a blender, puree all the dressing ingredients. Season to taste with salt.
In a small saucepan,combine the beans, their liquid, and garlic salt. Cook over medium heat until warmed through, about 5 minutes.
Divide beans, rice corn, avocado, jalapeno, salsa and tortilla chips among 4 shallow bowls. Drizzle with dressing.
