     Buffalo Wings

Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs. chicken wings (12-15 wings)
1/4 cup red hot sauce
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
 

Instructions
Split wings at joint. Discard tips.
Deep fry at 400 degrees for 12 minutes, or until completely cooked and crispy. Drain.
Combine hot sauce and butter. Dip wings in sauce until coated.
Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing.
