Combine butter, sugar, and milk in 3 qt saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add chips. Stir til melted. Add vanilla, stir well. Stir in marshmallow crème. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Let cool before cutting.
