     Kielbasa and Cabbage Skillet

Ingredients
2 pounds kielbasa
3 cloves garlic
1 head cabbage
1 sueet onion
1 1/2 teaspoon digon or brown mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
2 teaspoons sugar
1 Tablespoon oil
2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
 
Instructions
Heat oil in skillet. Add kielbasa, cabbage, onion, garlic, mustard, salt & pepper, sugar & rice wine vinegar. Cook over med. heat until done.
