     Italian Love Cake

Ingredients
1 package Betty Crocker Chocolate Cake Mix
2 lbs. Ricotta Cheese
4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1-15 oz. instant Chocolate Pudding mix
1 cup cold milk
8- oz cool whip
 
FROSTING- stir pudding mix, milk and whisk.
carefuly fold in cool whip, spread on top

Instructions
Warm oven at 350 degrees 9x13 nonstick spray
Mix cake and set aside. In another bowl, beat ricotta, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour cake batter in pan. Carefully pour cheese mixture evenly on top of the cake batter layer. Spread it to cover as much of cake batter as possible. Bake for 1 hour. Allow to cool before frosting
Make frosting and spread on top of cooled cake. Cover & refrigerate at least 6 hours.
