     Funeral Potatoes

Ingredients
1 Bag 32 oz frozen Hash Brown Potatoes precooked
2 C Sour Cream
2 C grated Cheddar Cheese
1/2 C Butter melted
1/3 C finely Chopped Onion
2 C Cream of Chicken Soup
1 C Bread Crumbs or Corn Flakes crushed
2 T Butter Melted to mix with the bread crumbs
 

Instructions
Combine soup, sour cream, cheese, 1/2 C melted butter and chopped onions. Gently blend into potatoes. Place in a casserole dish.
Combine bread crumbs and 2 T melted butter. Sprinkle the Bread crumb mixture over the potatoes mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
