Mix first 3 ingredients until creamed. (Some times I
add a tiny bit of almond extract. Be careful because with a nut allergy not sure you can
even have almond extract) Mix dry ingredients into creamed . Chill
dough at least 1 hour. Then roll and cut. Cook 6-8 minutes on
ungreased cookie sheet on 400. . Depending on size of cookie cutter can get about 3
Dozen cookies. I have made the dough and wrapped good in Saran Wrap and cooked
the next day. Just kneed the dough a little as it will be stiff.
