Mash the bananas with a fork. Blend in sugar, salt and beaten egg.
Melt butter and stir into banana mixture. Dissolve baking soda in the
water and add to the banana mixture. Bake in greased loaf pan at
350 degrees for 45 minutes.
4 Times the recipe fits in the Bosch mixer and makes 6 loaves. If
using medium sized loaf pans it still take almost the same amount of
time to cook.
