Heat saucepan over medium heat and add in oil.
Add in onions and saute for about 5 minutes.
Add in garlic, cayenne, cumin, and oregano and cook for 30
seconds.
Stir in black beans and chicken broth.
Stirring regularly, bring to simmer and simmer for 10 minutes,
or until most of the liquid has evaporated (the beans will
thicken more as they cool).
Remove from heat and stir in lime juice.
Transfer to a serving dish and top with cilantro and cotija.
