Brown hamburger, sausage, onion, garlic powder and two teaspoons
of salt in skillet.
In saucepan, mix diced tomatoes, tomato paste and water (fill tomato
paste can). Bring to a boil.
In a large mixing bowl, add eggs, cottage cheese, parsley, salt, and
pepper.
In pan, place 1/2 of the noodles on the bottom. Cover with 1/2 of
cottage cheese mixture. Then cover with 1/2 of the meet mixture.
Then cover with one layer of velveeta cheese. Then cover with one
layer of shredded mozzarella cheese. Then top with 1/2 of tomato
mixture. Repeat.
Bake at 375 for 60 to 90 minutes.
