     Cheese Soup

Ingredients
3 cups diced potatoes
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup water
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1 tsp parsley flakes
dash of pepper
1 chicken bouillon
1 1/2 cup milk
 
8 ounces velveeta
2 T flour
1/4 cup cubed ham

Instructions
In large pan combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onions, parsley flakes, bouillon and pepper. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes. In a small bowl- gradually add milk to flour, while stirring (no lumps). Add the flour/milk mixture to the soup. Cook until thickened. Add ham and cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
