     Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken chopped
1 c shredded Parmesan cheese
1 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
10 oz Alfredo sauce
sliced portobello mushrooms
1/2 c chicken broth
1/2 c dry sherry - Taylor brand is good
1/4 t fresh ground pepper
10 oz vericelli cooked - break in half before boiling
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 350.
Stir together 4 wet ingredients. Add pasta, chicken, half the cheese and mushrooms and mix well. Stir in cracked pepper.
Put in lightly greased 11 X 7 baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese Bake 35 minutes until bubbly
If desired, mix Vigo bread crumbs in 2T melted butter. Sprinkle on top before cooking.
