Heat all ingredients except chicken on stove until sugar is dissolved. Place chicken in a glass baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover pan with foil. Bake for 2 hours at 325F or for 3 hours at 300. Thicken sauce with 1/2 cup water and 2 heaping Tablespoons of corn starch when it's done cooking.
