Mix first 5 ingredients together. Add flour, soda and baking powder and then beat in the bananas and milk (the banana and milk can also be beaten in a blender first if preferred). Bake at 350F for 40 minutes in a 9x13 pan. Or bake on a sheet cake (Costco Cookie Sheet) for 20 minutes. Top with butter icing.
