Juice crab apples with Jack LaLane Power Juicer or use juice from steamer/juicer. For each 8 cups of juice from power juicer strain with cheese cloth. Then add 2T fruit fresh and 1/3 cup sugar.

Have 1 1/2 Quart jars boiling in canner for at least 10 minutes to sterilize. Bring juice to a boil. Boil seals and rings also.

Remove jars from boiling water one at a time and fill with boiling juice. Wipe top of jars with a clean cloth. Quickly put on seal and ring. Wait for the pop.

I often freeze this juice instead of canning it. I use about 8 cups of juice per freezer bag and don't add any sugar. Then when I'm heating it up for Cider I add the sugar.
