3 pds yukon gold potatoes
|
|
6 tbsp butter
|
|
1 tsp dried thyme
|
|
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
|
|
1 tsp salt
|
|
1/2 tsp pepper
|
|
1 cup chicken broth
|
|
3 minced garlic
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Oven 475. In small bowl combine melted butter, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper.
|
|
|
Cut potatoes in 3/4 inch slices. Toss potatoes in butter mixture. Arrange in a single layer on baking sheet.
|
|
|
Roast 15 minutes, flip and roast additional 15 minutes.
|
|
|
Flip again. Add broth and garlic to pan. Roast another 15 minutes.
