     Egg Casserole

Ingredients
5-6 pieces of bread, torn up
Sausage (browned & drained) or ham (diced)
veggies (diced) as desired
8 oz shredded cheese
2 cups milk
6 eggs
1 t. dried mustard
 

Instructions
Grease a 9X13 baking pan and put in slices of bread torn up. Top with sausage or ham, veggies and then cheese. In a separate bowl, whisk or beat milk, eggs and mustard. Pour into pan over bread mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes
