     GERMAN APPLE PANCAKES

Ingredients
4 eggs
3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup margerine or butter
2 medium apples thinly sliced
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 

Instructions
heat oven 400 degrees. place 2 round layer pans in the oven(9x1 1/2 in)
Beat eggs, flour, milk and salt in small maxer bowl on med speed 1 minute. remove pans from oven place 2 tablespoons margerine in each pan.
put half apple slices in each pan and divide batter between pans. mix sugar and cinnamon sprinkle 2 tablespoons sugar over batter in each pan bake uncovereduntill puffed or golden brown (20-25 mins)
