     Pot Pie Chicken Skillet Dumplings

Ingredients
1 oz butter
4 oz onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
.5 oz flour
24 oz mixed frozen vegetables (thawed)
16 oz cooked chicken (chopped)
8 oz milk
16 oz Chicken Broth
Salt and Pepper to taste
 
1 can of refrigerated biscuits (biscuits quartered and rolled into balls)
Cilantro or Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
Over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add onions and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent
Carefully add milk and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to boil.
Lower heat to medium-low and add biscuits bits. Cook for 15 minutes or until biscuits are baked.
Remove from heat and rest for 10 minutes. Garnish with Parsley or Cilantro. Serve.
