1 1/2 cups mayo
|
|
1 1/2 cups sugar
|
|
1 1/2 Tbsp.mustard
|
|
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
|
|
1 cup milk
|
|
2 tsp. salt (to taste)
|

little onion for taste
|

4 eggs, boiled
|
|
1 16oz. box of maccaroni elbow noodles
|

Instructions |
|
|
Cook maccaroni as directed, drain. Shell eggs and
cut up into small chunks. Mix maccaroni and eggs
in a large bowl.

Mix mayo, sugar, mustard, vinegar, milk, salt and
onion in a separate bowl. Pour over noodles and
eggs and mix well.
|
|
|
Refrigerate.
|
|
|
If made the night before, may have to make up more
sauce if salad is dry in the morning.
