     Pineapple pork chops

Ingredients
4 pork loin chops
1 small can sliced pineapple
6oz pineapple juice
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2-1 cup sour cream
 

Instructions
Place porkchops in baking dish. Place one slice of pineapple on each chop. Put 1 Tbsp brown sugar inside the pineapple ring,pour juice from canned pineapple on top. Add small can of pineapple juice to baking dish. Put in 350° oven for 30-40 minutes until cooked. 160°
Put pork chops on a platter, stir juice and sour cream together until sauce like consistently. Warm sauce in sauce pan. (microwave separates the sauce)
Serving Suggestions
Serve with rice and vegetable
