Preheat over to 350. Prepare 9x13 baking dish according to
directions on cake box. Prepare cake according to directions
on cake box. Bake 20-22 minutes. Check for doneness with
toothpick, coming out clean. Cool 10 minutes.

While cake is still warm, poke holes with end of wooden
spoon over top of cake. Microwave hot fudge about 30
seconds or until thinned out. Pour over cake and allow to
absorb into cake. Let set until completely cooled.

Spread cherry filling evenly over top of cake.
|
|
|
Spread whipped topping over fruit filling.Chop or grate
chocolate bar into small pieces and sprinkle over top of
cake. Keep refrigerated.
