In a large bowl mix flour, sugar and baking powder.
Using your hands or pastry cutter, cut in the butter that's cubed
add 2 large eggs and 1 1/2 c cold milk
Mix well to incorporate all ingredients
Once the dough is formed transfer it to a lightly flowered surface and begin to knead the dough until it is no longer sticky
Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough to about 1/2 in thickness
Cut out your biscuits using a biscuit cutter or a drinking glass of the desired size for the biscuits
Place them on a greased cookie sheet or pan
using a beaten egg, brush the tops of the biscuits
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and enjoy.
