1 rotisserie chicken (shredded) or 3 cans of diced chicken (drained)
2 sleeves of Ritz crackers
1 cup salted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9x9 baking dish with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, mix the soup, sour cream, and
green onion.
Stir in chicken.
Spread mixture into greased baking dish.
Mix crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter.
Pour cracker mixture over chicken.
Bake 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
