     Banana Fritters

Ingredients
6 very very very ripe bananas
2 Cups Flour
1/4 Cup milk
1 Cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
Pinch Salt
Oil
 
Optional Additions
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup Flaked Coconut

Instructions
Peel and crush bananas in a bowl.
Mix flour, sugar, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and salt. Add milk. Add Bananas.
Heat oil - you aren't deep frying so just a little more to cover the bottom of the pan.
Drop Golf ball size dollops in oil. Fry on first side until edge start to brown, flip, continue frying until golden. Drain on paper towels.
Serving Suggestions
Vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce
