Mix oats, flour, soda, and salt. Stir in any add-ins.
In a separate bowl, melt butter and stir in honey vanilla and
brown sugar. Pour over dry mixture and mix well.
Press firmly into a cookie sheet or a 9x13 pan for thicker
bars.
Bake 350 for 18-22 mins
Press again. Cool for 10 mins and cut into bars.
Let bars cool completely before removing. They will crumble
if you remove them too soon.
You can wrap individually and freeze to keep for a long time.
