Sift dry ingredients. Cut in Shortening. Mix eggs vinegar and
water, then stir in with a fork.
Roll out half dough on wax paper. Put in pie pan. Add fruit
filling. Top with the rest of the dough.
Brush on milk and sugar.
Put foil on the edges for the first 20 mins.
Bake 350 for 25 mins.
Bake plain crust 450 for 7 mins.
