     Cranberry Orange Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb fresh Cranberries (about 1 1/2 pkgs)
2 1/2 c Sugar
1 Whole Orange
1 Large pkg Lemon Jello
20 oz can Crushed Pineapple
 

Instructions
Grind cranberries in a blender until very fine. Add sugar and let stand for 3 hours. Drain pineapple and save the juice. Grind orange until there are no chunks (peel and all) Measure out 1 cup pineapple juice (add water if needed) and heat. Dissolve jello into juice. Add to orange. Mix well. Add cranberries. Let set in fridge overnight
