Mix 1/2 cup sugar with melted butter. Add flour and milk to sugar and butter. Mix well. Pour into baking dish. Place peaches onto mixture. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar on peaches. Bake at 400deg. until crust has risen and browned.
