3 C FLOUR
2 C SUGAR
3 TEA BAKING POWDER
2 TEA CINNAMON
1 TEA NUTMEG
1/4 TEA SALT
1 TEA SODA
1 TEA ALLSPICE
1 16-OZ CANNED PUMPKIN
 
3/4 C VEGETABLE OIL
1/3 C APPLE JUICE
4 EGGS
2 TEA VANILLA
3/4 C COARSELY CHOPPED NUTS
3/4 C DARK SEEDLESS RAISINS

Instructions
PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 350. GREASE AND FLOUR BUNT PAN. IN A LARGE BOWL. COMBINE FLOUR, SUGAR, BAKING POWDER, SPICES, SALT AND SODA. IN A SMALL BOWL, BEAT PUMPKIN, OIL, JUICE, EGGS AND VANILLA. STIR PUMPKIN MIXTURE INTO FLOUR MIXTURE UNTIL WELL BLENDED. FOLD IN NUTS AND RAISINS. TURN INTO BUNDT PAN AND BAKE 55 TO 60 MIN OR UNTIL PICK COMES OUT CLEAN. TURN OUT OF PAN, SPRINKLE WITH CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR BEFORE SERVING. GREAT WARM.
