     Meatloaf by Pioneer Woman

Ingredients
1 c whole milk
6 slices white bread
2 lbs ground beef
1 c heaping grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
3/4 tsp salt
fresh ground black pepper
1/3 c chopped flat leaf parsley
4 lrg eggs, beaten
 
10 slices bacon, regular
----Sauce----
1 - 1/2 c ketchup
1/3 c brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
tobasco to taste

Instructions
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Pour milk over bread and allow to sit for several minutes. Place ground beef, soaked bread, parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, salt, pepper and parsley in bowl. Pour in beaten eggs.
With clean hands, mix until well combined. Form into a loaf shape onto a broiler pan, which will allow the fat to drain. (line with foil to minimize mess)
Lay bacon strips over top, tucking ends underneath meatloaf. Mix sauce in bowl and spread 1/3 over meatloaf with a spoon.
Bake 45 minutes, spread half of remaining sauce over meatloaf and bake additional 15 minutes. Slice and serve with remaining sauce.
