1. On low to medium heat, heat oil, add yellow
onions and saute 3-4 minutes.
2. Add garlic, saute an additional 3-4 minutes
or until lightly golden brown.
3. Add entire can of crushed tomatoes, and add
salt, pepper, and fresh herbs to suit your
personal taste.
4. Simmer for minimum of 15 minutes, stirring
occasionally.
It goes great with pasta, ravioli, seafood pasta,
meatballs, veal, etc.
