Heat a deep pot over medium high heat. Add oil
and vegetables as you chop them. Add bay
leaves and cook vegetables for 5 mins, stirring
frequently, and then reduce heat. Stir in
ground turkey and season with chili powder,
cumin, cayenne, cinnamon and salt to taste.
After meat is cooked add beans, tomatoes and
broth. Combine well, and let it boil. Then
reduce heat to simmer for 30mins.
