     Zucchini Berad

Ingredients
3 Eggs beaten till foamy
1 cup veg oil
2 Cups sugar
mix 2 cups peeled, grated, zucchini
1 teaspoon vanilla
sift together 3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
 
1 teaspoon baking power
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions
mix first 5 ingredients together than add to sifted mix
divide into 2 loaf pans
bake at 325 for 45 min.
