     Nutella Balls

Category   Appetizers
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup almonds or hazelnuts (or really any nut you like)
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup ground flaxseed (see note above)
1/3 cup almond, peanut, or cashew butter
1/3 cup Nutella
Dark chocolate almond milk

Instructions
Add the oats and almonds (or whatever nut you are using) to a food processor fitted with the blade. Give it a whirl. Add the salt, ground flaxseed, nut butter, and Nutella. Process until the mixture forms a cohesive mass. Add milk a tablespoon at a time and mash the mixture together with your hands, or use the food processor to mix, until the consistency is just right to roll into balls without being too sticky and wet. Roll the mixture into balls. Refrigerate for up to a week and consume as desired. These can even be frozen in ziploc bags for up to a month or so.
