Preheat oven to 400º F. Line a rimmed baking
sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Combine parsley, thyme, garlic, almond meal,
olive oil, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl and
set aside.
Place salmon, skin side down, onto the lined
baking sheet.
Top with the parmesan-herb mixture and press
down.
Place in oven and bake until salmon is cooked
through and flaky, and the parmesan is golden
brown, about 12-15 minutes.
