Mix all of the ingredients for batter in a mixing bowl.
Melt a dot of butter on a skillet over medium heat
Use a ladle to pour batter into skillet, cover the entire bottom of the pan
After about a minute or less, flip crepe, cook for an additional 30 seconds.
Mash cottage cheese , cream cheese, and sugar with a potato masher and spread 2 tbsp. onto each crepe.
Roll crepe into a log and cut into quarters.
Sauté crepes on medium heat and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with Jam/ sour cream
