Ingredients
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 cup milk
4 large eggs
4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tablespooons sugar
pinch of salt
8 ounce package cream cheese {fillling}
16 ounce small curd cottage cheese {filling}
 
1/3 cup sugar {filling}
powdered sugar (optional)

Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients for batter in a mixing bowl. Melt a dot of butter on a skillet over medium heat Use a ladle to pour batter into skillet, cover the entire bottom of the pan After about a minute or less, flip crepe, cook for an additional 30 seconds. Mash cottage cheese , cream cheese, and sugar with a potato masher and spread 2 tbsp. onto each crepe. Roll crepe into a log and cut into quarters. Sauté crepes on medium heat and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with Jam/ sour cream
Rinse cottage cheese with cheese cloth under cold water and drain well Careful not to burn crepe logs when sautéing D not stack crepes on top of each other
